Responsibilities
Jobs Description
To ensure that the condition of the vehicle is acceptable for pickup of containers collected /delivered
To support and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
To adhere and to comply with all Singapore ports rules and regulations.
Familiarization of PSA port procedures with Singapore routes.
Ensure the trailers is in good condition prior to mounting the containers.
Conduct pre operational check on the prime mover and chassis before executing the job
Transport container and goods according to the assigned schedule
Ensure containers are collected in good conditions.
Truck container from PSA to customer and vice versa.
Carry out daily checks to ensure vehicle’s road worthiness before use & maintain vehicle and report any faults immediately to Planner for rectification
Job Requirements
Clean driving records required
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Class 4 Driving License
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
