Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform basic nursing duties (eg. phlebotomy, vaccination and wounds dressing)
- Assist doctor in minor procedures
- Dispense medication accurately to patients following prescriptions
- Maintain drugs inventory levels and perform quarterly stock take
- Manage patients’ medical records to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Handle phone calls and enquiries
- Schedule patient appointments and registration
- Booking of referral appointments
- Execute clinical and administrative duties to support daily clinic functions efficiently
- Assist in managing clinic operations to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
- Support surgeons during procedures and ensuring surgical processes run smoothly
- Any other duties as assigned by the management
