Job Function:

• To plan, organize and monitor preventive maintenance activities for machines, equipment and facilities.
• To monitor machine breakdowns and ensure timely troubleshooting, repair and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• To oversee and perform electrical and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, inspection and repair.
• To ensure the safe operation and maintenance of electrical installations in accordance with applicable requirements and regulations.
• To carry out duties related to Chargeman A4 and ensure the electrical system is safely operated and maintained.
• To monitor maintenance spare parts, stock control and ordering of critical and slow-moving parts.
• To ensure sufficient and correct spare parts, electrical components and materials are available for maintenance work.
• To coordinate maintenance schedules to optimize machine utilization and minimize breakdowns.
• To coordinate with contractors, vendors and other departments for maintenance, repair, installation and improvement works.
• To prepare and monitor maintenance costing and expenditure.
• To participate in 5S, Kaizen, EMS and continuous improvement activities.
• To participate in audits and ensure maintenance-related findings are properly addressed within the required timeline.
• To support new machine, automation and improvement projects.
• To ensure maintenance activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulations.
• To perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Valid Chargeman A4 competency certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of machine maintenance, electrical systems, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Able to troubleshoot and handle machine and electrical breakdowns effectively.
• Good knowledge of safety requirements and maintenance procedures.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with other departments, contractors and vendors.
• Good problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to support maintenance improvement, Kaizen and 5S activities.
• Willing to work overtime, on-call or shift arrangements when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
