We are looking for an experienced and hands-on
Senior HR Executive
to support the full spectrum of HR operations. This role covers HR administration, payroll, work pass matters, employee relations, training, HR policies, employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment regulations, with the ability to independently handle day-to-day HR matters and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the full spectrum of day-to-day HR operations and administrative matters
Manage
work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and MOM-related submissions
(WP / S Pass / EP / LOC)
Support and coordinate
payroll processing, CPF submissions and salary-related matters
Maintain and monitor employee
attendance, leave, overtime and personnel records
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, termination letters and other HR-related documentation
Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records and HR database
Manage and coordinate
employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Liaise with
MOM, CPF Board and other relevant government authorities
when required
Coordinate and support
employee orientation, internal training and staff development programmes
, including preparation of training materials and maintenance of training records
Assist in identifying training needs and improving internal training processes
Support the
development, implementation, review and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, SOPs and internal guidelines
Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating the
Employee Handbook, company policies and workplace rules
Support
employee engagement, company culture and internal communication initiatives
Handle
employee relations matters
, including employee feedback, workplace concerns, complaints and internal communication
Communicate and explain company policies, procedures and workplace requirements to employees and ensure proper implementation
Provide HR advice and support to employees and department heads on general HR matters
Ensure HR practices, policies and procedures comply with
Singapore employment regulations
and company requirements
Support continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
Perform other HR and administrative duties or ad-hoc assignments as required by Management
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
, preferably with hands-on HR experience in Singapore
Good knowledge of the
Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, work pass requirements and CPF matters
Hands-on experience in
HR operations, payroll, CPF and work pass administration
Experience in
employee relations and handling employee feedback or workplace issues
Experience in
employee training, orientation or internal training coordination
Experience in drafting, reviewing or implementing
HR policies, SOPs, Employee Handbooks or company rules
is preferred
Exposure to
employee engagement and company culture initiatives
will be an advantage
Able to independently handle day-to-day HR matters and follow up on issues effectively
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at different levels
Responsible, well-organised and detail-oriented
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments
