Job Summary

The Sushi Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sushi counter, ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, customer satisfaction, and team performance. The role involves supervising team members, maintaining food safety compliance, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sushi counter operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all sushi products are prepared and displayed according to company standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation at all times.
• Ensure sufficient stock levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and minimizing food wastage.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise Sushi Crew members.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Conduct regular checks on food handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in food service, sushi operations, or a supervisory role.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
