Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team at Daily Coffee Malaysia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/card payments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations and dining area
• Ensure all products are well-stocked and displayed properly
• Follow all SOPs, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Work as a team to achieve outlet targets and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Barista or in F&B is an advantage (but not required)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
