About the Roles

We are seeking an IT Manager (Infrastructure & ERP) to oversee technology operations for a wholesale trade organization based in Tai Seng, within an easy 8-minute walk from the MRT. This role follows a Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM schedule and is offered on a 1-year renewable contract basis, with a competitive package including basic salary, variable bonus, insurance coverage, and transport reimbursement. The position provides an opportunity to lead critical IT infrastructure and ERP initiatives while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the management and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.
• Oversee Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement activities.
• Develop and drive IT strategies that support organizational goals and business requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity measures, data protection practices, backup processes, disaster recovery plans, and IT compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions.
• Provide technical direction, troubleshooting assistance, and user support to internal teams.
• Ensure stable performance and availability of servers, cloud platforms, and network environments.
• Plan and manage IT budgets, technology assets, hardware, and software resources.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Have at least 8 years of relevant IT experience.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams or leading IT functions.
• Have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in managing IT vendors and technology-related projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management abilities.
• Good communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience within manufacturing or trading environments will be advantageous.
