Job Description:

• Lead and supervise daily shipping activities, ensuring smooth execution of all shipments.

• Review and approve shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs forms) for accuracy and compliance with LMW rules and regulations.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners to optimize shipping schedules and costs

• Monitor shipment performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses.

• Resolve escalated issues related to customs clearance, supplier documentation, and shipment delays.

• Provide guidance and support to junior shipping staff, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.

• Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.

• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align shipping operations with organizational goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, trade laws, and safety standards.

• Contribute to strategic logistics planning, including cost-control initiatives and process optimization.

• Responsible for license renewal.

Job Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in shipping or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
