Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements.
- Monitor reorder levels and support replenishment activities.
- Prepare storage locations for new product models spare parts within the limited space available.
- Support cycle counts and bi-annual stock-taking activities.
- Monitor and reconcile technicians outstanding inventory.
2. Spare Parts Issuance & Sales
- Ensure spare parts issue and return to and from service technicians are done accurately and promptly.
- Update parts exchanges by technicians and customers are done correctly
- Process spare parts sales to dealers and walk-in customers.
- Ensure correct pricing, documentation, and transaction accuracy.
- Perform counter sales activities.
- Perform E-commerce sales activities timely
3. Customer Service & Enquiries
- Attend to customer enquiries at the service counter.
- Respond to local customer spare parts enquiries.
- Provide professional and timely support to customers.
- Process sales orders accurately and timely.
- Coordinate order status and delivery updates with customers.
4. Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and clear incoming shipments via air, sea, and courier.
- Pack and dispatch spare parts for online, dealer, and overseas orders.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
- Repacking and labelling of incoming spare parts
- Sending back bulky items to 3PL to clear space in warehouse
5. System & Reporting Control
- Maintain Parts Control System and inventory transaction records.
- Perform daily cashier closing and collection reconciliation.
- Generate inventory and operational reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
Requirements
- Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in spare parts, warehouse, inventory, or customer service operations.
- Warehouse safety training or relevant operational certifications are advantageous.
- Proficient in ERP and Inventory Management Systems, with strong knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
