Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in designing marketing materials, presentations, posters, and promotional content.
- Support content planning, copywriting, and campaign ideas.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Assist with social media management and scheduling.
- Help develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and employer branding.
- Support the team in organising marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or other design software is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
