About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable AI Trainer (Business Intelligence & Analytics) to empower learners with practical skills in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and business intelligence tools. I

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in AI applications for business intelligence and analytics
• Facilitate hands-on learning using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and BI Dashboards
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Design and customise course materials based on industry use cases
• Guide learners through data interpretation, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
• Support project-based learning and case study assessments

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
• ACTA or ACLP certification (required)
• Certifications in AI, business intelligence, or data analytics preferred

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of teaching/training experience in adult education or analytics
• 3–5 years industry experience in business analytics, BI, or data reporting with AI exposure
• Practical experience in:
• AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, DeepSeek)
• Data visualisation and dashboards
• Performance analysis and reporting metrics

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability
• Experience with forecasting models and automation tools
• Strong facilitation, communication, and analytical thinking skills
• Experience delivering online training via Zoom / Microsoft Teams
