Responsibilities:
**Operational Support Coordination** Responsible for the entire process of supporting store operations in Hong Kong, optimizing operational collaboration mechanisms, resolving various issues encountered during store operations, promoting the standardization and implementation of operational standards, and improving frontline operational efficiency.

**Warehouse and Shopping Mall Communication** Responsible for the daily management and support of warehouse operations in Hong Kong stores, coordinating warehouse operations; liaising with major shopping mall management companies in Hong Kong to establish smooth communication mechanisms, handling mall-related matters, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stores and shopping malls.

**Contract Management** Responsible for the modification, review, follow-up, and management of relevant contracts for stores in Hong Kong (including mall cooperation, warehouse-related contracts, etc.), cooperating in business negotiations, safeguarding the company's legal rights, and ensuring the standardized implementation and efficient execution of contracts.

**Business Expansion Collaboration** Leveraging personal business expansion experience, assisting in identifying potential cooperation opportunities for stores in Hong Kong, optimizing location resources, cooperating in completing related expansion matters, and assisting in improving store business; regularly maintaining relationships with potential and key partners (including shopping malls, suppliers, etc.).

Goal Achievement: Cooperate in achieving team and individual work goals, assist in promoting the achievement of annual operational indicators, conduct work reviews and optimizations, and continuously improve the quality of operational support.

Job Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in retail management or business operations preferred.

Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in retail operations support, with local Hong Kong retail operations experience preferred; also possess business development experience, familiar with the Hong Kong retail market, the distribution of major shopping districts, and mall cooperation processes.

Skills Required: Excellent communication and coordination skills, business negotiation skills, and logical expression skills; able to efficiently liaise with shopping malls, warehouses, and internal and external partners; capable of solving complex problems and optimizing processes; experience in small team management is preferred; strong service awareness, rapid response, and efficient execution of tasks.

Resources and Geographical Requirements: Familiar with Hong Kong local retail industry regulations; possessing resources related to large shopping malls and shopping districts in Hong Kong is preferred; fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good English communication skills (written and spoken); adaptable to the Hong Kong work environment.

Requirements: Strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, meticulousness, open and innovative mindset, able to adapt to the operating pace of Hong Kong's retail industry, and possess strong execution ability and dedication.
