Patient Service Associate | $2,500

Locations Available:

• Bukit Merah – 1 vacancy
• Marine Parade – 1 vacancy
• Pasir Ris – 2 vacancies

Contract: 1 Year
Salary: $2,500/month
Working Hours: 44 hours/week

Working Hours

Weekdays: 7.00am – 7.00pm rostered
• 8 hours of work per weekday
• Start time may be 7.00am, 7.30am or 8.00am depending on roster
• 6.45am start may occasionally be required

Saturday: 7.00am – 1.30pm rostered
• 4 hours of work

Job Responsibilities

As a Patient Service Associate, you will support both patient-facing and administrative operations within the polyclinic.

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Coordinate specialist consultation referrals
• Handle payments and patient enquiries professionally
• Manage patient concerns and escalate issues where necessary
• Provide good customer service to patients
• Perform patient registration and appointment scheduling using computer systems
• Support payment-related transactions
• Be stationed at the Health Monitoring Station according to roster
• Assist with taking patients' height, weight and blood pressure
