Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Printing Production Supervisor to oversee daily print production operations across digital and offset printing. You will manage workflow, quality, production staff and job delivery while maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily digital & offset printing, pre-press and finishing operations.
Plan and prioritise jobs from file receipt through production to final delivery.
Lead and coach operators to achieve production targets.
Perform and supervise pre-press checks using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
Monitor print quality, colour accuracy and finished product standards.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate basic maintenance/troubleshooting.
Coordinate outsourced jobs and liaise with suppliers/vendors.
Conduct QC and resolve production issues promptly.
Maintain WSH, housekeeping and 5S standards.
Monitor materials, wastage and production productivity.
Train junior operators on processes, quality and safety.
Coordinate with sales/customer service and update clients on job progress.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant printing industry experience.
Strong knowledge of digital & offset printing, pre-press and finishing.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
Experience supervising printing operators/production staff.
Strong production planning, QC and colour management knowledge.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle production-floor duties and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, overtime or weekends when required.
