Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve operational workflows, research, documentation, and content creation.
• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other online marketplaces).
• Manage and maintain digital channels, including Telegram, X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Support daily business operations, order processing, fulfilment, and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on product sourcing, quotations, and procurement.
• Monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and conduct market and competitor research.
• Support company projects, campaigns, events, and other ad hoc operational tasks.

Requirements

• Passionate about AI and willing to use AI tools to improve productivity and business operations.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Internship Duration

• Minimum 3–6 months
• Full-time internship preferred (Part-time internship may be considered)
