Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting loan products, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new customers through digital platforms, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Assist customers with loan applications, agreement signing, and submission of required documents.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely communication.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide support on account-related matters.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and result-focused.
