Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our growing clinic. If you enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we welcome you to be part of our supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Reception & Front Desk Management

Greet and attend to patients, visitors, and walk-ins in a warm, professional, and courteous manner

Ensure patients are attended to promptly and guided through the registration and consultation process smoothly

Appointment & Patient Coordination

Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently

Coordinate patient flow to minimize waiting time and ensure smooth clinic operations

Follow up with patients on upcoming appointments, treatment plans, and wellness programs when necessary

Administrative & Operational Support

Register patients accurately and maintain proper documentation of patient records

Handle data entry and maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with clinic policies

Customer Service & Patient Experience

Respond professionally to patient enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins

Provide clear explanations of clinic services, treatment packages, wellness programs, and promotions

Address patient concerns and feedback professionally, escalating issues appropriately when necessary

Build positive relationships with patients to enhance overall patient satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations or clinic management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Healthcare or Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Willingness to support neighbouring clinics through cross-deployment when required.
Able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings when required.
