Job Responsibility

• Install, maintain, and service CNC machines, ensuring proper functionality and precision.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Calibrate and align CNC machines to meet technical specifications and operational standards.
• Replace or repair worn-out machine parts, tools, and accessories.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and schematics.
• Document service activities, maintenance reports, and machine performance logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company maintenance procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to machine operators and production staff.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum technical certificate or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Able to work weekend and public holidays if any urgent work assign by HOD.
• Team player with positive work attitude.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,722.64 per month

Work Location: In person
