Responsibilities

POSITION : JUNIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE

GRADE : GRADE G7D

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : CONTRACT

VACANCY : 1

1. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

a. Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or other related qualifications recognized by the Government;

b. Age between 22 and 35 years old;

c. Possess knowledge and experience in managing housing development projects;

d. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office;

e. Possess good communication, planning, and teamwork skills;

f. Proactive, disciplined, and willing to work at project sites/outstation locations.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Organize and maintain all project documentation, including:a. Official correspondence;b. Progress reports;c. Meeting minutes;d. Technical drawings and plans;e. Claims and procurement documents;f. Ensure proper document version control and systematic archiving;g. Prepare documents for internal/external audits and ISO requirements.
  • Assist in preparing work requests, purchase requisitions, and project approval forms;
  • Support basic technical tasks such as updating technical information, reviewing Bill of Materials (BOM), and following up with vendors;
  • Assist in preparing project status reports, summaries of current issues, and presentations for management meetings;
  • Assist in preparing tender documentation and project close-out documents;
  • Assist in coordinating internal project meetings and meetings with external parties, including vendors and contractors;
  • Assist in preparing meeting invitations and minutes of meetings, and distributing them to the relevant parties;
  • Assist in managing official communications, including project emails, document distribution, and important notifications;
  • Assist in ensuring that all project documentation and management processes comply with the Company's standard operating procedures, internal policies, customer requirements, and contractual compliance requirements;
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and quotation documents;
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors to obtain supporting documents such as certificates, invoices, delivery orders, and other relevant documentation.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
