Job Description
- Deliver professional customer service by addressing customer inquiries through phone, live chat, and email channels.
- Maintain a professional phone manner and a customer-focused mindset to achieve high client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills while handling daily inquiries.
- Manage customer communications in fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Handle shift duties across scheduled time slots to support continuous team operations.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Secondary education qualification or above.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good telephone etiquette with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Possession of a valid Safety Card.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Employment terms:
- 12-month renewable secondment contract.
- 5-day work week totaling 40 working hours per week.
- 7x24 shift duty arrangement with 3 rotating time slots, including a overnight shift option from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM covering Mondays to Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Compensation provided for duty worked on statutory holidays.
- Working location at Fo Tan.
