Responsibilities
Location: Central Region/Islandwide
Key Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting and resolution of client platform-related issues.
Provide Level 1–2 onsite technical support to end users.
Respond promptly to incidents, conduct investigations, and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions for escalated incidents.
Provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Perform service requests related to client platforms.
Monitor agreed service levels, document and maintain system configurations, and provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
Manage client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned that are relevant to the scope of work.
Requirements
NITEC / Higher NITEC in IT or relevant technical discipline
Knowledge of hardware (chipsets, memory, peripherals), OS, and remote connection tools
Healthcare Compliance:
Comfortable working in a hospital environment. This role will require you to take the necessary vaccines
