Hyphen Partners Hiring! Full Time Senior Brand - Creative Designer in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

I’m partnering with a fast-growing international data center platform to hire a Senior Brand & Creative Designer based in Kuala Lumpur.

As the company’s first in-house Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving the brand across regional markets — with broad ownership across brand identity, visual storytelling, presentations, digital campaigns, events and corporate communications.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and evolve the company’s visual identity across multiple markets and touchpoints
• Create high-impact presentations, proposals, infographics and business-critical communications
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling visual stories
• Build scalable brand guidelines, templates and visual systems
• Develop creative assets across digital campaigns, events and physical environments
• Work closely with leadership, commercial and technical teams across the region

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio
• Strong skills across brand design, typography, layout and visual storytelling
• Experience building or working with brand guidelines and visual systems
• Comfortable working independently with significant creative ownership
• Strong English communication skills
• Agency + in-house B2B experience would be highly valued
• Experience in data centers, infrastructure, real estate, engineering, energy or other technical B2B sectors is a plus
