Responsibilities :

• Assess, compare, and negotiate commercial terms outlined in agreements and quotes.
• Source suppliers to meet purchasing needs and support localization efforts.
• Monitor orders to guarantee timely delivery of outstanding items.
• Evaluate and track supplier performance and sustainability practices.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for sub raw materials as necessary.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Review open purchase orders in the system to verify that all outstanding orders are properly closed and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to purchasing procedures in line with relevant ICPs, with all transactions properly approved.
• Assist with audits and other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, good analytical abilities, and familiarity with contract management as well as procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
