Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Calculate expenses for materials, labor, and timeframes before construction begins.
• Tendering and Procurement: Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), tender packages, and evaluate bids from contractors.
• Contract Administration: Negotiate contracts, draft legal agreements, and manage subcontractor payments.
• Budget Control: Track design changes, assess variations, and adjust financial forecasts.
• Risk and Dispute Management: Identify commercial risks and advise on contractual claims or disputes.
• Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, cash flow updates, and final project accounts.
• 1- 2 years relevant working experience is advantageous.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree Or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation, measurement of drawings, and understanding building regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per hour
