Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to:


Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and practices

Risk identification, assessment and treatment planning

Development and maintenance of risk registers

Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk monitoring and reporting

Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and continuity planning

Risk advisory and engagement with Risk Owners and business units

Preparation of risk dashboards, reports and governance papers

ISO 31000 or other recognised risk management standards

  • Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, scheduling, and coordination of activities.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in office productivity tools and basic digital literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree in business, human resources, management, or a related field; experience in HR, training, or public sector organizations is an advantage.
  • Candidates should possess a willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to initiatives that support national talent development.
