Atomic Group is running an Assessment Centre — think of it as a one-day interview, but instead of just talking about the role, you'll actually experience it. It's open to anyone who's never worked in recruitment consulting before, and it's designed to help you find out what the job is really like before you commit to anything.

No industry experience needed — just curiosity, drive, and a willingness to give it a real go.

Atomic Group has spent over two decades building a strong presence across Australia, China, and ASEAN, and we're now scaling fast across Singapore and Malaysia with more markets on the horizon. As we grow, we're looking for people who are hungry to build a career in recruitment.

On the day, you'll take part in individual exercises and group activities modelled on real on-the-job situations, plus plenty of time to ask questions and speak candidly with people already working in the industry.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'd be sourcing and headhunting candidates, briefing them on roles, running interviews, and managing the process through to offer and placement — all while building relationships with clients through proactive outreach and getting to know your specialist market inside out.

This is open to anyone interested in joining us as an Associate Consultant or Recruitment Consultant — no recruitment background required.
