Job Summary

The Ideation team leads the creative concept and pitch phase for experiential events. You will turn client briefs into high-impact proposals, managing the internal creative workflow and collaborating closely with 3D designers and client-servicing teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Pitch Workflows: Assess incoming briefs and delegate proposals based on team capacity and tight deadlines.

• Develop Concepts: Lead brainstorming sessions for large-scale events, tracking global experiential trends and interactive event technologies.

• Curate Talent: Build and maintain an internal agency library of entertainment talent, emcees etc.

• Brief 3D Designers: Turn conceptual ideas into clear layout briefs for 3D and spatial designers.

• Refine & Finalize: Guide pitch decks through internal management reviews, executing rapid revisions based on client feedback.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in creative pitching or experiential marketing.

• Software Tools: High proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and/or Canva.

• Agility: Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative work within tight agency timelines.

• Communication: Strong presentation skills to align ideas across design, production, and leadership teams.
