Cel Logistics Hiring! Full Time Customer Service - Logistics in Johor, Earn up to MYR 2,000 - Ricebowl

• Reporting to Customer Service Manager and/ or appointed immediate superior
• Attend to customers complaints and find solutions to all complaints.
• To ensure that all daily transportations and shipments are scheduled to customers’ needs.
• To coordinate with all related parties inclusive of customers ensuring shipments in order.
• To ensure that opening and closing of jobs are done according to requirements.
• To control all petty cash for upfront payments and must be invoice to customers.
• To control of Levy and Toll for sub contractor’s truck.
• To help/assisting in arrangement of daily trucks to meet customers’ needs.
• To ensure that all documents are ready for trucks clearance at customs stations.
• To check/monitor that permits and forms are prepared accordingly to requirements.
• To ensure the timely of documents to meet import/export and to allow truck waiting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer support: 1 year (Required)
