Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for full-stack application development projects.
• Oversee end-to-end project and programme delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and technical standards.
• Lead solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and technical proposal development for pre-sales and tender opportunities.
• Design scalable and secure solutions using modern architectures, cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Technical Leads, Software Engineers, and delivery teams.
• Establish engineering standards, coding practices, architecture guidelines, code review processes, and Agile delivery practices.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project financials, resource utilisation, margins, risks, and delivery forecasts.
• Provide senior management with updates on project portfolio health, delivery status, technical risks, and resource requirements.
• Support business development, pre-sales presentations, tender responses, and solution proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in software development, IT, or technology delivery.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership, software delivery, and people management.
• Strong software development background with expertise in: ReactJS, .NET or NodeJS
• Strong understanding of:
• Software architecture and system design
• Microservices and API-based architectures
• AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
• Cloud-native application development
• DevOps and CI/CD
• Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Proven experience managing large-scale application development and deployment projects.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: RM28,000.00 - RM38,000.00 per month
