Job Description
- Oversee the record-to-report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations to maintain data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed.
A Successful Senior RTR Should Have
- Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
