Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow Affiliate channel GMV across creators, livestreamers and agency partners
• Source, onboard and retain affiliate creators for both video and livestream content
• Track and improve affiliate creator & agency performance
• Run creator events to acquire new creators and strengthen relationships with existing ones
• Prepare product decks, video improvement guides and livestream decks for affiliate partners
• Own end-to-end livestream preparation: deck creation, scheduling, host coordination, and real-time support during key streams
• Manage vouchers and commission setups on seller centre
• Compile and process payment for affiliate partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, successful campaign rollouts
