Job Description:

• Coordinate and support daily operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations.

• Manage customer orders, documentation, and operational records and maintain filing systems in both digital and physical.

• Liaise and coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments to support service delivery and operational requirements.

• Monitor operational activities and assist in resolving issues relating to customer orders, deliveries and other business matters.

• Assist with data entry, database maintenance and general administrative tasks.

• Order and manage office supplies, equipment and onboarding arrangements.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is required, preferably in an admin and operations role.

• Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, experience in basic bookkeeping and data entry is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
