Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate daily lorry and delivery schedule.
• Monitor drivers' daily trips and delivery status.
• Prepare and maintain Delivery Order (DO) and logistics records.
• Record and monitor lorry mileage, diesel usage and toll expenses.
• Manage Shell Fleet Card and monitor fuel transactions.
• Manage TNG Corporate FleetPass transactions, usage and balance.
• Monitor MySubsidi diesel allocation and monthly utilisation.Maintain vehicle records including road tax, insurance, PUSPAKOM and related documents.
• Coordinate lorry servicing, repair and breakdown matters.
• Liaise with drivers, Warehouse, Production and relevant branches regarding delivery arrangements.
• Check and compile drivers' trip records, claims and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly logistics reports and maintain proper filing.
• Assist in handling traffic summons and other vehicle-related matters.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties assigned by management.
• Responsible for updating the lorry driver’s license to ensure road worthiness.
• Assist in insurance claim for the road accident involving the company’s vehicles;
• Responsible for AVA permit, export permit and GVP entry pass application.
• Responsible for monitoring and update the traffic offence conducted by the lorry driver in M’sia & S’pore.
• Responsible for liaise with the administrative department in renewing the vehicles insurance.
• Accept additional assignment when the need arises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
