• Handle clinic reception duties, appointments, and patient enquiries.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure medical equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Assist with basic patient care and monitor patients when required.
• Prepare and dispense medication according to the doctor’s instructions and clinic procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the clinic.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to all patients.
