• Assist in posting of job advertisement in the relevant platforms, selection of candidates and interview co-ordination.
• Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
• Schedule meeting and interview as requested.
• Co-ordination of pre-employment medical check-up and keep track on the reimbursement and medical claim.
• Preparing and updating the on the staff orientation document/programme and hospital/department familiarization.
• Assist with the company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Responsible to update employee change request such as information of address, marital status, bank information and others.
• Checking on the attendance vs rosters for the attendance record, overtime claim and on call claim and time off taken.
• Make photocopies, faxed documents, emails memo and perform other clerical functions.
• Record and update data for each employee information such as absences and all types of leaves applications, performance appraisal, confirmation appraisal and etc.
• Prepare new employee file, new employee badges and planned/keep track on the company t-shirt. staff nurse uniform, clinic nurse uniform and other allied health uniforms.
• Prepare and process documentation for HRDF submission and claim.
• Perform other duties or any other task as assigned by the department head / superior.
