Key Scope

• Oversee legal and compliance matters across the business.
• Advise management on transactions, contracts and regulatory matters.
• Develop and maintain internal policies, controls and compliance processes.
• Manage regulatory filings and liaison with external advisers.
• Identify and manage legal, regulatory and operational risks.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with relevant Singapore experience.
• Min 5 years in financial services, investments, funds or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and corporate matters.
• Commercially minded with good stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
