Responsibilities
1. Act in the Best Interests of the Company

6. Exercise Reasonable Care, Skill, and Diligence

9. Maintain Proper Accounting and Records
10. File Annual Returns and Corporate Documents
11. Avoid Insolvent Trading

14. Hold Annual General Meetings
15. Safeguard Confidential Information
16. Understand Personal Liability Risks
17. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
