Talent Support Internship | September & October Intake

Looking for an internship in HR or Talent Support?

We're currently welcoming interns to join the Talent Support team at Evolution Wellness, the company behind Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness, Chi Fitness and GoFit.

As a Talent Support Intern, you'll be exposed to the day-to-day workings of both Talent Support and Human Resources. From supporting recruitment activities and onboarding to employee engagement and HR projects, you'll gain practical experience that provides a strong foundation for a future career in HR and people management.

What you'll be involved in:

• Recruitment coordination and candidate management
• Resume screening and interview scheduling
• HR administration and documentation
• Employee engagement initiatives
• Employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Other Talent Support projects and activities

We're looking for:

• Students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business or related fields
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Internship duration of at least 3 to 4 months
