Salary flexibility for experienced candidates

• Have relevant export-documentation experience and the confidence to handle sales responsibilities? We are open to offering you a negotiable salary package based on your experience and suitability.

• Build trusted relationships with new and existing international customers through email, calls, and virtual meetings (remote sales) while managing enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and pro forma invoices.

• Take ownership of the customer order journey by coordinating with the Planning, Molding, Packing, and Administration teams from samples and production progress through to packing and final delivery.

• Keep customers confidently informed with timely order updates, new die sample confirmations, and practical solutions to issues that may affect deadlines.

• Develop valuable export-operations experience by reviewing documentary collection packs, verifying export documentation, and maintaining accurate records of drawings, sample approvals, signed contracts, quotations, and related documents.

• Work collaboratively across teams while supporting customer-service, operational, and ad hoc assignments from the Head of Department.

• Hold a Diploma, TVET, or SKM qualification.

• Are highly proficient in spoken and written English and confident communicating with customers in the UK, Canada, Shanghai, and other international markets.

• Have a basic Microsoft Excel skills for data entry, order tracking, checking figures, and maintaining records.

• Are a fresh graduate—or an experienced candidate looking for a broader export sales role.
