We are seeking a highly effective Manager/Senior Manager, Grant Policy to join our Grant Management Group in our department dedicated to employment and employability!


In this role, you will support NTUC’s sub-department. Be part of a team that shapes and enhances funding programme policies and grant schemes that support employment and employability outcomes in Singapore.


You will work closely with government agencies, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure funding programmes remain relevant, effective and aligned with organisational objectives. This role offers opportunities to contribute to policy development, programme governance and stakeholder engagement while supporting initiatives that benefit workers and businesses.


Job description

  • Support the review, development and enhancement of funding programme policies and grant schemes.
  • Assess how government funding initiatives can be integrated into organisational programmes to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Partner stakeholders to implement and refine programmes, balancing policy objectives with operational needs.
  • Provide policy and programme advisory support to ensure sound governance and effective fund management.


Job Requirements

  • Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, writing and communication abilities.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • About 3 years of experience in policy, programme management or related fields, preferably within the Singapore Public Service.
  • Candidates with less relevant experience but a strong interest in policy work and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.


Working Location: Jurong East, Devan Nair Institute

Designation and salary will be commensurate with experience.
