The BIG Picture – The BIG Picture – The Head of Division is responsible for managing a team of Verification Executive (VE) as well as working together with other internal Database and QA Division. The Head of Division role is to ensure each Verification Executive performs well against KPIs set, reviewing their quality of work/output, performance and coaching/training them to help them do so. You are require to meet on a regular basis with the Assistant Head of Department and Head of Department, to provide updates and feedback but also to receive instructions or clarification. The Head of Division is key to bridging internal work output to their Clients and keeping the “Verity Promise” on timely and accurate Background Screening Reports. Maintaining a healthy communication with Clients is key to manage expectations, discussions on areas of improvement and taking Client’s feedback to ensure a certain level of Client Experience.

JOB ROLES

• Reporting to the Assistant Head of Department.
• Acknowledge and responding to Client’s requests and inquiries through various medium (emails, calls, WhatsApp) within SLA of 2 working hours.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with Clients by supporting Client’s need and requests.
• Allocating volume received daily to all team members and ensuring it is segregated equally.
• To have a strong leadership capability to lead a team and ensuring the team hit KPIs on monthly basis.
• Conduct 1-to-1 performance reviews and develop creative action plans to help any team members who might need a bit of extra support.
• To ensure all team member adhere to privacy, PDPA and ISMS Policies.
• Track team performance and create strategies that turn goals into achievements.
• To highlights all issues faced in by team members to the Assistant Head of Department.
• To keep the team members updated with latest Verification SOP and changes made by Clients.
• To ensure all reports are shared to Client with agreed Turnaround Time.
• Ensuring all Progress Reports and weekly updates are shared to Client in timely manner.
• Ensuring updated SOP is shared to Clients to avoid any dispute or escalations raised from Clients.
• To manage Client Complaints and provide a solution for the complaint by assessing verification processes, identifying any gaps to be closed, and also to determine the course of action the team should take in order to avoid such incidents in the future.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
