Aslant Legal is partnering with our client, a US Law Firm, on the search for an Associate to join the firm’s Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”) practice.

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer looking to build their career within a sophisticated and internationally recognised Corporate practice, working alongside experienced practitioners on complex, high-value and cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate and M&A matters and work with clients across multiple industries, while being part of a collaborative team within a global platform.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of PQE
• Singapore-qualified
• Solid training and background within a top-tier law firm as part of the firm’s M&A practice.
