About Us

Deco Hub specializes in supplying and installing quality interior products such as mosque carpets, blinds, SPC flooring, curtains, and many more. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Deco Hub’s range of products including mosque carpets, blinds, SPC flooring, curtains, and other interior solutions.
• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to meet company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and propose effective sales approaches.
• Manage promotional activities, campaigns, and branding (offline & online).
• Oversee company’s digital marketing platforms (social media, online ads, marketplace) to increase brand awareness.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide insights for management.
• Support and participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and project presentations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales & marketing (experience in interior design, furniture, flooring, or related industry is an advantage).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Result-driven, proactive, and able to work towards monthly sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising is a plus.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
