Role Description The Marketing Research Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role supports the marketing and product teams by conducting market and user research to understand target audiences, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing research studies, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and preparing clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. The Marketing Research Assistant will help translate research findings into actionable insights for marketing campaigns, product positioning, and content strategy, while maintaining organized research documentation and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Research skills, including study design, data collection, and the ability to synthesize findings.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate practical recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Presentations skills to convey insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency with research and analytics tools (e.g., spreadsheets, survey platforms, basic statistical software) are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
