Job Description
Responsibilities
Main task and responsibilities are:
- Update/ maintain Statement of Work (SOW) for fixture fabrication
- Update/ maintain Statement of Work (SOW) for programme development
- Update/ maintain SOW for each customers for production use. Constantly update any changes from customers and develop SOW for new customers
- Update/ maintain production schedule spread sheet for Vayo Pro, drilling, milling, wiring, assembly test, document process etc
- Assist in generating quotations promptly
- Perform inside sales function and communicate with customers timely
- Maintain customers’ satisfaction
- Process cad using Vayo Pro
- Any adhoc activities as required by Management
- Academic background of electronics is preferred
- Knowledge of CAD processing software preferably VayoPro is added advantage
- Proficiency Microsoft Office suite (Excel / Word / Power Point)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
- Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to professional development
