Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and development of enterprise-grade Java applications, microservices, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Design and modernize scalable solutions using Java 8–21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, and Spring Security.
Drive migration of legacy applications toward modern, decoupled, cloud-native architectures with minimal business disruption.
Design distributed systems and event-driven solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, and related messaging technologies.
Build secure APIs and integrations using OAuth2, JWT, API authentication, OpenAPI/Swagger, and enterprise security best practices.
Lead technical design reviews and establish engineering standards based on SOLID, TDD, DDD, design patterns, and clean architecture.
Develop and enforce automated testing, code quality, CI/CD, and deployment practices using JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Design solutions across relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, and Redis.
Drive cloud adoption and deployment across AWS environments, including services such as EC2, ECS, Fargate, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, and related platforms.
Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues and conduct capacity, scalability, and performance assessments.
Lead zero-downtime deployment strategies and ensure high availability, resilience, and operational stability.
Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Lead globally distributed engineering teams and ensure predictable delivery across Agile/Scrum environments.
