Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily payments and banking matters with banks, payment providers, suppliers and customers.
• Ensure all customer payments, bank receipts and cash collections are accurately recorded and matched to PO/DO and invoices.
• Work closely with Purchasing and Warehouse to verify goods received and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date accounting records, perform account reconciliations and prepare finance reports.
• Handle LHDN e-Invoicing end-to-end – prepare, validate and submit e-Invoices in line with regulations.
• Support month-end closing and audit activities, plus other accounting and admin tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
