We are looking for a Wine Retail Specialist to deliver excellent customer service, guide wine selections, and assist with retail operations and wine-related events. This role blends sales, product knowledge, and event support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide tailored wine recommendations.

• Manage retail displays, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.

• Drive sales and support loyalty programs or private client sales.

• Assist in organizing and hosting retail-focused wine tastings and brand events at the store or external partner locations.

• Participate in offsite wine fairs, trade promotions, and collaborations.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.

• Help educate customers on wine regions, styles, and pairings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in retail, sales, or hospitality.

• WSET Level 2 or equivalent preferred (training can be provided).

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for wine.

• Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and support offsite events.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
