Role Description

• Visit assigned supermarkets and retail outlets according to the agreed schedule.

• Monitor shelf stock levels and replenish products from the store's backroom where applicable.

• Ensure products are properly displayed, faced up, and positioned according to agreed merchandising standards.

• Check product freshness, quality, packaging condition, and expiry/best-before dates.

• Rotate stocks using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and remove damaged or unsellable products promptly.

• Ensure correct product labels, price tags, promotional materials, and point-of sale displays are in place.

• Monitor out-of-stock situations and inform the Sales team promptly for replenishment.

• Check competitors' products, pricing, promotions, shelf positioning, and new product launches.

• Take photographs of displays and submit merchandising reports after store visits.

• Record stock levels, returns, wastage, and other relevant information when required.

• Liaise with supermarket department managers and store staff to resolve merchandising or stock issues.

• Support product launches, promotions, sampling activities, and other in-store campaigns.

• Maintain good working relationships with retail partners and represent the company professionally.

• Provide feedback from stores and customers to the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Perform other sales and merchandising duties as assigned. Requirements

• Experience in FMCG, fresh produce, grocery, or supermarket merchandising is preferred.

• Able to travel between multiple retail outlets daily.

• Physically fit and comfortable handling cartons and fresh produce.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.

• Basic ability to use WhatsApp, mobile apps, Excel, or similar tools for reporting.

• No driving required.
