At Noripharma, we are dedicated to manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical products that improve everyday health. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Production Executive / Junior Production Executive to join our manufacturing team and oversee daily production operations.

Role Overview

You will play a vital role in managing daily tablet, capsule, and powder production lines while maintaining strict compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). In this hands-on position, you will oversee manufacturing processes—including granulation, compression, and coating for solid dosage forms—optimize line productivity, coordinate floor activities, and ensure total documentation integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Supervise daily output for solid dosage lines, covering weighing, granulation, blending, compression, and coating.
• Compliance & Documentation: Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) in full adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, gowning requirements, and cross-contamination prevention guidelines.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor line efficiency, minimize downtime, and collaborate with engineering to resolve equipment breakdowns or out-of-specification issues promptly.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with QA, QC, and Maintenance teams to manage line clearances, equipment calibration, and internal/external audit readiness.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technology field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical solid dosage manufacturing.
• Fresh Graduates: Ambitious fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge and a drive to learn are welcome to apply!
• Core Competencies: Solid understanding of cGMP regulations, strong leadership skills, and practical problem-solving abilities.
